Accessing the Dashboard

The Dashboard is typically the default page you see after logging in. If you navigate away, you can usually return by clicking the Dashboard tab in the main navigation menu.

Key Features

The Dashboard provides a high-level summary of your organization's financial health. Key components often include:

  • Today's Key Insights: Concise AI-generated insights regarding revenue, spending vs. budgets, and forecasting.
  • Total Revenue: A summary card or section displaying the total revenue calculated from your data.
  • Total Expenditures: A summary card or section showing the total expenditures.
  • Profit Margin: Often displayed as a key performance indicator (KPI).
  • Charts and Graphs: Various visual representations of your financial data, potentially including:
    • Revenue vs. Expense trends
    • Year-over-Year (YoY) growth comparisons
    • Breakdowns by category or department

The specific charts and metrics displayed depend on the data uploaded (General Ledger, Budget, etc.) and the application's configuration. The dashboard aims to give you a quick, understandable snapshot of performance.
