Editing Settings

This guide covers how to modify application settings, including your user profile and organization details.

  1. Click on the Settings tab in the main navigation menu.

Settings Sections

The Settings area is divided into different sections, typically including Profile and Organization Details.

Profile Settings

  1. Within the Settings section, click the Profile sub-tab.
  2. This section allows you to manage your personal user information (details may vary).
  3. It may also allow you to view or change your currently active organization if you belong to multiple organizations.

Organization Details

  1. Within the Settings section, click the Organization Details sub-tab.
  2. This section displays information about the currently active organization.
  3. You can typically edit details such as:
    • Organization Name: Update the name of your organization.
    • Fiscal Year Start: Set the starting month for your organization's financial year.
  4. Make the desired changes in the provided fields.
  5. Click the Save or Update button (or similar) to apply your changes.
  6. A success message (toast notification) will appear briefly to confirm that the organization details have been updated.

Your Team

  1. Verify that all members of your team are listd as members.
  2. If any team members are missing, you may invite them with the "+ Invite Member" button in the top right corner of the section.
  3. Note that you can see pending invitations for team members that have been invited but have not yet activated their account.
